Strategic Alternatives Review
New World’s initial action on behalf of each client is generally a full qualitative and quantitative due diligence review, which we refer to as a strategic alternatives review. By means of this review, New World seeks to identify the alternatives available to our client (as well as the legal and other impediments that may limit or complicate alternatives or which may require remedial actions) as well as assist the client in formulating a strategy to achieve its business objectives.
